Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age. 44b enforces a strict 21+ policy across all product categories including sports betting, live casino, slots, and instant-win games. Providing false information regarding your age constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.

Jurisdiction

You must be accessing the 44b platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited under applicable local law. One Account Per Player

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one 44b account. Registering multiple accounts using the same identity, mobile number, device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 44b reserves the right to close all associated accounts and withhold any funds pending investigation.

Accurate Registration Information

All information provided during registration must be accurate, current, and complete. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes. 44b reserves the right to request supporting documents to verify identity, age, or payment method ownership at any point.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 44b login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. 44b will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to keep credentials secure. Notify 44b support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

Deposits

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• 44b does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits are credited to the 44b account balance immediately upon confirmed receipt from the payment provider in most cases.
• 44b reserves the right to request verification of deposit source if a transaction appears unusual or is flagged by fraud detection systems.

Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible.
• Processing time is typically within 24 hours on Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) for verified accounts. Verification holds may extend this timeline during periods of high volume.
• 44b reserves the right to conduct additional identity verification checks before processing any withdrawal request.
• Withdrawal of bonus funds is subject to the wagering requirements stated in the applicable bonus terms at the time the bonus was claimed.
• 44b will not process withdrawals to payment accounts not registered in the Player's verified name.

Refused or Reversed Transactions

44b reserves the right to refuse, delay, or reverse any deposit or withdrawal that is associated with suspected fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or unresolved account verification requirements. Players will be notified by email where a transaction is placed on hold pending investigation.

Welcome Bonus

New 44b players are eligible for a welcome deposit bonus on their first qualifying deposit. The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per player, per household, and per verified identity. Claiming the welcome bonus using multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus and real-money balances.

Wagering Requirements

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be converted to withdrawable funds. Bonus Abuse

44b actively monitors for bonus abuse including, but not limited to, the use of multiple accounts to claim a single promotion, the use of low-risk betting patterns to clear wagering requirements, and the systematic exploitation of promotional offers. Where bonus abuse is identified, 44b reserves the right to void bonuses, close accounts, and withhold affected balances pending investigation.

Bet Acceptance and Void Bets

44b reserves the right to void any wager placed on an event or market that is clearly mis-priced due to a technical error, data feed failure, or human error. Where a bet is voided, the stake is returned to the Player's account balance. 44b's decision on bet voidance is final. Winnings generated from knowingly exploiting mis-priced markets may be voided and withheld.

In-Play and Live Betting

In-play betting markets are offered on selected cricket, tennis, football, and other events. Bets on in-play markets are accepted at 44b's discretion and may be suspended or unavailable during certain phases of a live event. 44b is not liable for any inability to place a bet during a live event due to market suspension, connectivity issues, or platform maintenance.

• Colluding with other players in live casino games to gain an unfair advantage.

• Sharing, selling, or transferring your 44b account to any third party.

Intellectual Property

You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, or commercially exploit any 44b platform content without prior written consent from 44b.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 44b shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including losses arising from platform downtime, bet settlement errors, payment processing delays, or data loss. 44b's aggregate liability to any single player in any twelve-month period shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player during the same period.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between a Player and 44b, the Player must first contact 44b support in writing at [email protected] with a detailed description of the complaint. 44b will endeavour to resolve all complaints within 10 business days on Bangladesh Standard Time. Where a complaint cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to pursue resolution through binding arbitration before initiating formal legal proceedings.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy published on the 44b platform, constitute the entire agreement between the Player and 44b with respect to the use of the platform and supersede all prior representations, understandings, and agreements whether written or oral.
